Judith Conway

I have always been fascinated by the transparency and depth that glass imparts to a composition and by the subtle color shifts that take place as one changes one's angle of view.

In my work I consider the overlapping of colors to create a subtlety of palette in the composition.

”Creating Imagery with Powders”
For artists with fusing experience; this two-day workshop will demonstrate how to use powders effectively, and how to think about glass and glass design in a completely new way. You can break out of the limits of sheet glass as you become more painterly in your work, using soft lines and shading rather than the harder lines of cut glass pieces.
